The Miso Shiru Digest

While studying Japanese business related subjects at Kansai Gaidai in Osaka last year, I was in the same class as another dedicated student of the Japanese language. Chris, as he is called, was without doubt our top student, and clearly showed this during our regular presentations and home assignments. The goal of the Japanese language class was to prepare us for the 1 Kyuu Japanese Language Proficiency Test. This is the most advanced Japanese language exam for foreign students. And, to call oneself fully fluent, passing Level 1 Kyuu should be on every student's priority list.

Chris has as of present returned back home to London, and is currently on the job hunt. However, he has not stopped his motivation for preparing for the 1 Kyuu exam.

Due to he lack of Internet pages devoted to Intermediate to Advanced Japanese language courses, Chris has put down time to create his very own blog on the subject. This will hopefully help others who are in the same situation as us, thriving to pass our current number one goal.

The Miso Shiru Digest, as the blog is called, is written in Japanese. You will need to install Japanese font to view the text. Each day, Chris will include a new set of vocabulary to learn, as well as a high-level reading comprehension.
