Las Vegas mini diary
Hey, man. How's it going?
Currently on our 2nd full day in Vegas. So far, it's been very cool. Got completely wasted yesterday from coming back from this concert. We then ate an "all you can eat" steak dinner at a restaurant called Samba, at the hotel we are staying at. Fucking hell, I was totally acting like a muppet according to the others, that's how smashed I was, lol. Anyway, been looking around for an arcade here, but never found any Virtua Fighter cabinets. Obviously, Tekken 5 was available at most places. Not sure what we are doing today, but I think we are going to try out some of the killer cool rollercoasters.
Right now, we're discussing the price level of stuff here in Vegas. Fuck, it's expensive. Imagine how it must be for people living in countries with low pay wages. One beer costs like 6 dollars, which is the same amount as an hours pay over here. For us Norwegians, it would be like paying 120 kroners. Mind though, I'm talking about Vegas, so if you head 20 minutes away from Vegas on car, you probably reach places where a beer is only at 1.5 dollars.
The other guys staying at the room, are playing poker 9 hours a day. You get nice discount prices on room fees if you play a minimum of 6 hours of poker per day, registered per room. Since the two others I'm staying with are playing constantly, I'm free to walk around doing whatever I want.
Anyway, I'll write some more stuff whenever I have time.
Later folks!

Hey, dude! How's it going? I am amazed that you accessed my blog! Thanks for that!
About the 360, though. Sorry, but I'm back in Norway already, and did not check the blog until I recently! I did see the console available at stores when I was in Las Vegas, but I bet shipping costs would be fairly high. If you have difficulties getting hold of an XBOX 360, then I have a friend who lives in the States who could probably ship it to you. If you are still interested, I can contact him and ask him to check the possible shipping costs.
As for your time in Hawaii, I'm so jealous!!! I cannot wait to see you and Ojou the next time I'm visiting Japan! I'm just so happy for you two!!! (^o^)/
You must be insanly busy with work now considering E3 is over. I met with Lupin Kojima during E3, and was told that Nakatsu could not go due to the Tougeki touranment in Japan.
Anyway, let me know what you want to do with the 360!
Chris
